AGENDA AT A GLANCE

  • 7:30 AM - Registration check-in and hot breakfast 
  • 8:00 AM - Legislative Roundtable
  • 10:00 AM - Golf (shotgun start)
  • 3:00 PM (or at conclusion of golf) - Award & Prize presentation

GOLF OUTING DETAILS

SHOTGUN START

Our shotgun start is at 10 am. A group photo will take place just before the shotgun start.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Box lunches and drink tickets will be provided. Get drink tickets at the registration table. Lunches will be in the Tin Cup Bar & Grill at the turn.


GOLF ATTIRE

Otter Creek expects both men and women to wear appropriate golf attire. They suggest casual pants, walking-length shorts, shirts with collars or mock neck shirts. Otter Creek is a soft-spike facility.


EQUIPMENT

Each player must have their own set of golf clubs. High quality golf clubs are available for rent. Please notify ITA ASAP if you need to rent clubs.


MULLIGANS AND PINK TEES

Mulligans and pink tees will be available at the registration table. Mulligans are $10 each or 3 for $20Pink tees are 2 for $10. These items are to be used per person during golf. Cash payments are appreciated; credit cards are accepted as well.


Mulligans - an extra stroke allowed after a poor shot, not counted on the scorecard

Pink Tees - men: move to women's tee marker; women: move to 200-yard marker


FOURSOME DETAILS

RECEPTION

Championship, first flight and second flight awards will be presented when golf is complete. In addition, prize bags will go to those who win the men and women flag events.


There will also be drawings for several cool prize packages. Refreshments will be provided.


PRIZE DONATION

Please consider donating one or more items for the prize giveaways. This is a great opportunity to promote your company. You can bring the item(s) the day of the event.
